Cellulaze Before and After Pictures

Are you frustrated that you can't get rid of cellulite, no matter how hard you try?

Here's a fact that may surprise you. Cellulite is actually caused by factors outside your control. Many believe it's a fat problem, which can be addressed through diet and exercise. But fat isn't the only culprit. Cellulite is a structural problem below the skin. And while you may have tried every treatment possible, you've never had a way to treat the very structure of cellulite. Until now.

ASK A QUESTION:

Dr. Rapaport is proud to introduce Cellulaze, the only treatment that attacks the structural problems beneath the skin that cause cellulite. It is a minimally invasive, laser-assisted procedure when performed by Dr. Rapaport can achieve remarkable results for patients. Cellulaze treatment is clinically proven to increase your skin's natural thickness for a smoother, healthier look that lasts. All from just one simple anti-cellulite treatment.

How Cellulaze works: a unique approach

Aging, hormones, genetics and dramatic weight changes can all play a role in the appearance of cellulite. These factors can cause connective tissue bands under the skin to stiffen and the fat cells they surround to become larger and push up into the skin. And that creates the "cottage cheese" effect you wish you could eliminate, which is even easier to see if you have thin skin.

You can't control these factors, regardless of how many miles you run or salads you eat. But you can control how you treat cellulite. Many other anti-cellulite treatments focus on cellulite superficially, applying treatment above the skin. Only Cellulaze treats the fibrous bands beneath the skin, while also thickening and adding elasticity to the skin.

One simple anti-cellulite treatment. One incredibly smooth body.

Cellulaze delivers results that last, and all it takes is a single anti-cellulite treatment. Here's what you can expect during your procedure:

Dr. Rapaport will mark the areas of cellulite to be treated with a marker.
Then he will make a couple of tiny incisions, about the size of the tip of a pen.
Afterwards he will numb the area to be treated (you'll be awake during the procedure).
The Cellulaze laser fiber is threaded through a very small tube (or cannula) and inserted through the incision site.
Dr. Rapaport will use the SideLight™ 3D Cellulaze laser fiber to:
Level out bumps of fat.
Treat dimples by releasing the fibrous bands that pull down on the skin.
Stimulate collagen production to increase your skin's depth and elasticity for a smoother look.
The liquefied fat is gently pressed out
The entire procedure should take about 1–1.5 hours

FAQs on Cellulaze Cellulite Reduction Treatmentaskquestions

What is Cellulaze?

Cellulaze from Cynosure is the first ever long-lasting cellulite reduction treatment that, through one minimally invasive application, has the ability to smooth out skin and keep it cellulite-free.

How does Cellulaze work?

Just like other minimally invasive cosmetic laser treatments, a tiny incision is made on the treatment area – one so small that it is covered with a band aide. A very small tube that contains the laser fiber is inserted under the skin. Due to the small size of the incision and tube, Cellulaze is considered a minimally invasive procedure and is performed under local anesthesia. Because general anesthesia is not used, the procedure is very safe with minimal side effects.

Short-pulsed, high-energy laser beams are utilized beneath the skin to transmit energy in two directions to simultaneously smooth out lumpy fat cells and heat dermal tissue.

The method promotes skin thickening and tightening resulting in tighter, smoother skin.

What makes Cellulaze different from other cellulite treatments?

Unlike other forms of cellulite treatments, which use radio frequency or laser energy over the epidermis, Cellulaze fights cellulite from under the skin.

The treatment's unique bidirectional laser beam is used to cut stubborn septae (connective tissue) – which cause those infamous "hills and valleys" on our skin – and liquefy fat cells. Therefore, skin is left tighter and smoother. Because the connective tissue is no longer pulling at our skin, and the laser beams are stimulating collagen regrowth, results continue to improve over time. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

What are the main advantages of Cellulaze?

  • Easy treatment that boosts long term results.
  • Tightens and smooths skin.
  • Promotes skin thickening.
  • Minimal discomfort.
  • Results are long lasting.

Who is a good candidate for Cellulaze?

If you are a women with areas that are lumpy or dimpling that will not respond to diet and exercise, then you're a candidate for Cellulaze. Ideal candidates are in good health and have realistic expectations for the procedure's results. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

What body regions can be treated with Cellulaze?

Cellulaze can be used for any area of the body where a patient notices lumpy, dimpling skin. Ideal areas are back of the legs, buttocks, thighs and abdomen. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

How would you describe the Cellulaze procedure and recovery?

Because the Cellulaze procedure is performed under local anesthesia, patients experience very little pain or discomfort. In addition to Cellulaze being a long lasting cellulite treatment, the procedure is performed in less than one hour and patients typically can return to their normal routine in 1 to 2 days. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

Is there any scarring after Cellulaze?

Because the skin incisions are so small, they do not require stitches after the procedure. So they are virtually undetectable after healing. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

Do I have to do anything post-treatment?

Healing is generally quick. A rest of 24 hours after the procedure is recommended. Patient is required to wear a special undergarment for one week after the procedure. (ASK Dr. Rapaport)

How many Cellulaze treatments are needed to see results?

For most patients, only one treatment is required.askquestions
